o Terms & Conditions : Will be defined in the contract after receiving letter of confirmation order/purchase.

o Price Review : every month

o Price : USD60/MT FOB Barge. To be advised by seller for one (1) month and subject to review.

o Term of Payment : 100% L/C at sight. Irrevocable non-transferable from any international prime bank.

o Quality Certification : Quality and Quantity determined at loading port by an acceptable independent inspector

o Delivery Time : First two month shipment 30-45 day after receive confirm L/C. Next will be 30  days after last shipment.

o Contract Period : 12 month

o Quantity of Coal Supply : 40000 MT/month (+/-10%)
