We are a Coal Trading Cocurrently having strategic alliance (partnership) with coal mine ownersand mining contractors in Kalimantan, Indonesia.Resources and logistics enable us to be aright partner to supply and deliver coal safely and timely to ourvalued client.

In relation to your recent inquiries, weherewith are pleased to inform you that we are ready, willing and ableto supply them on FOBas perspecification and in the quantity and for the price as specified in theterms and conditions as follows:

Commodity: Indonesian Steam Coal
Origin: Kalimantan
GCV ADB: 5500, 5800, 6300 kcal/kg
Specifications: As per Seller's Typical Specs or Buyer's Preferred Specs close to Seller's
Min Order: 40.000mt Spot/Annual Base Contract
Payment: LC 100% at Sight from Buyer, and a 2% PB from Seller
Delivery: 14-45 days after LC is on
Anchorage Point: muara Jawa, Muara berau
Mine Site Inspection: To be arranged after draft of Contract/SPA is approved and shall be born by Buyer

LC shall be 100% at Sight from top ten prime bank, and Buyershall issue LC first before Seller's PB.

The procedures
-Buyerprovides: LoI (advising grades&Specs, quantity, confirmed price,including expected loading schedule/lay can) Draft of LC, or copy oflast LC issued
-Seller responds LoI with: FCO SPA/Contract (with aclause to be fully applied after a satisfactorily mine site inspectiondone by Buyer)
-After Contract is confirmed, Buyer shall issue nonoperative LC (100% at Sight) within 5 business days and Seller shallissue 2%PB within 3 business days. First shipment to commence within 14to 45 days after LC is on.
