White coal: The requirement of energy is increasing and resources are limited. Renewable energy is the key factor in the economy development and for cutting costs also. We would like to introduce the product WHITE COAL which is a substitute of Non cooking coal. It is manufactured from agro waste and forest waste. The white coal is converted from the agro waste to solid cylindrical shape logs using very high mechanical pressure, without help of any chemical or binder. White coal can be used as an alternate fuel in boilers of industry such as paper mills, chemical plants, pharmaceutical units, textile units, food processing units, oil mills, milk plants, spinning mills and any such plants which uses steam in their manufacturing process. Benefits of White Coal over Conventional Fuels: White coal is cheaper than heavy furnace oil ,coal & fire wood etc High sulphur content of oil and coal, when burnt pollutes the environment. There is no sulphur in the white coal, therefore no toxic gases Moisture contents nil because white coal is totally dry. Biomass briquettes have a higher practical thermal value and much lower ash content (2-10% as compared to 20-40% in coal). Briquettes have consistent quality, have high burning efficiency, and are ideally sized for complete combustion. Combustion is more uniform compared to coal and boiler response to changes in steam requirements is faster due to higher quantity of volatile matter in briquettes. There is no fly ash when burning briquettes. The Calorific Value of the Finished Briquettes is Approx 3800 to 4400 K.cal/Kg. The Calorific Value may varies depends on the different RM used such as Bagasse, Saw Dust, Groundnut shell, Rice Husk, Cotton Stalk, Custard Shell, Wheat Straw We are using Ground Nut Shell as raw material for the production of white coal, which gives highest i.e. 4000 to 4200 K.cal/K.G calorific value .
