Basic conditions for giving out prices

Over the past several years we have tried to make it very clear that we require current ICPO/RFQ to begin any business.

Unfortunatelymany brokers and buyers have chosen to ignore our requirements andcontinue to request quotes and other information prior to issuing theICPO/RFQ.

Soplease let it be very clear that from now on all inquiries withoutcurrent ICPO/RFQ will no longer be responded to and will automaticallybe deleted.

We simply can not waste our time on replies, asking over and over again, to provide us with current ICPO/RFQ.

If you are serious brokers or buyers you will not have a problem with providing/issuing the required ICPO/RFQ.

Inorder to serve you better, please kindly send us the ICPO(IrrevocableCorporate Purchase Order) or RFQ (Request For Quotation) from theDirect Buyer, on Buyer's letterhead

Documentswhitch will be issued from us are confidential and it is forbidden tobe shown to third partie without our exclusive permission!

Procedure for doing business with brokers and Buyers mandates:

1) We sign NCNDA with broker, agent, or Buyers mandate

2.) Buyer submits ICPO or RFQ

3.) Seller sends FCO upon receipt of genuine enquiry from Buyer

4.) Buyer signs and returns acceptance of FCO + Banking details

5.) Buyer's bank sends Notice of Readiness to Open LC to Seller's bank

6.) Seller sends draft of contract to Buyer + Draft of LC + Draft of PBG

* We sign FPA with broker, agent or Buyers mandate

7.) Buyer sends by courier signed and sealed contract

8.) Seller returns contract by courier signed and sealed

9.) Buyer opens LC

10.) Seller provides PB via bank to Buyer's bank and activate L/C

Shipment begins

NOTE: we will not change procedure as per Buyer/Broker/Agent requests!
