well as the subsequent Contract of Sale and Purchase including any amendments or variations

PRICE PER TON: Base on discharge port.
LOADING PORT: Taboneo Sea Anchorage - Indonesia.
LOADING RATE: 10,000 mt PWWD SHINC
EXPECTED COMMENCEMENT OF LOADING: 3 weeks upon received LC confirmation
SHIPMENT/PACKING METHOD: BULK
INSPECTION:
1.By CCIC - Original Certificate of Quality and Quantity to be issued by CCIC Jakarta paid by
Seller at Port Of Loading
2. CIQ inspections at Port of Discharge paid by Buyer. If CIQ certificates is not provided within
5 working/banking days of ship arrival, CCIC inspection Reports will be taken as standard
