RRPL produces most of the processed raw materials for refractory monolithic and shapes under one roof.

Refracem70 : This is a pure alumina based product with 68-72% of alumina . Its principal phase is monocalcium aluminate (CA). This is rapid hardening, hydraulic setting cement having excellent heat resistant and mechanical properties thereby making it ideal for use in conventional and low cement castable (LCC). Refracem70 is recommended where high service temperature (above 1450 degree centigrade) is essential.

Refracem60 Super : This is a pure  alumina based white colour product with 55-58% of alumina. This product can be used in demanding refractory condition. Its consistent rheological characteristics also allow its use in low cement and fume silica castables technology. Refcem60 is recommended where purity is essential at a lower service temperature.

Refracem60 : This is a bouxite based  gray colour product with 55-58% of alumina. This product can be used in demanding refractory condition. Its consistent rheological characteristics also allow its use in low cement and fume silica castables technology.

Refracem50 : This is a bouxite based product with 45-48% alumina. Refcem50 clinker is manufactured by sintering bauxite and lime in rotary kiln. This  light gray cement choosen mainly because of its low iron content and enhanced rheological characteristics to create cost effective castables and gun mixes.

Refracem-40 : This bouxite based light gray high alumina refractory cement contains  35-39% alumina. Its principal phase is monocalcium aluminate (CA). Refracem40 is rapid hardening, hydraulic setting cement having excellent heat resistant and mechanical properties thereby making it ideal for use in conventional and industrial refratory installations.

Monolithic refractory technology has grown to include calcium aluminate cement in many products with enhanced properties and installation systems such as low cement , ultra low cement, low moisture, high density , self flowing, pump able, and formless(short Crete) castables.
