Payment: Monthly Irrevocable, non-transferable, documentary Letter of Credit, issued and confirmed by an acceptable Major Prime Bank for the shipment value payable 98% at sight + 2% upon CIQ Inspection for entire contract.

Shipment Start date: within 30-45days on opening LC

Price Revision: Every 03 (three) Months as per market

Coal Inspection: Authorized Agency

Contract length: Under 01 (one) Year Blanket Order, under successful completion of 1st trial shipment

Price: Request upon LOI (letter of Intent), Corporate Purchase Order (CPO), or ICPO  

Coal Quantity: Up to 100,000 m/ton for 1st trial shipment (depends on grades), and can be steady at 100,000 m/ton to 200,000 m/ton (depends on grades) for one (01) year blanket order, 12 months shipment.

Stock: Subject to availability (stockist) without notices

Port of Loading: FOB MV

Origin: Indonesia
