PAYMENT TERM: The payment shall be in US $ and made for the first shipment by BG, LC

INSPECTION: Quality, Quantity, Weight by Sucofindo at seller`s cost at Loading Port. Visiting at the loading port allowed.

SHIPMENT SCHEDULE: For the first shipment within 45 days after confirming of payment bank instruction. The second until the last will be delivered every 45 days.

SHIPPING TERMS: FOB/CIF . The price for Steam Coal shall be fixed for 12 Month.
