G.K. Lion Shipping (S) Pte Ltd., in Singapore has logged sales turnover in excess of SGD 1 million in its first year of operation.

The Institute of Economic Studies, New Delhi selected GKG for the Certificate of Excellence in Productivity, Quality, Innovation and Management.

GKG received the best performance award for the financial years 2002-03 & 2004-05 from CAPEXIL (Export Promotion Council in India) for its outstanding performance in exports.

GKG is registered with the Ministry of Commerce, Government of India, as a Recognized Export House.

GKG manufactured exported the entire assembly line of stone products for the construction of the Memorial Gates outside the Buckingham Palace, London in 2002.  The Memorial Gates have been constructed in memory of the Indian soldiers who fought on behalf of the British Empire in the World Wars.  This monument was declared open by Her Majesty, the Queen of England, who had special words of personal appreciation for the exquisite work carried out by G.K. Granites.
