3. Buyer to confirm specification and price and return signed sealed FCO
4. Draft Contract will issue, when confirm, return Draft Contract signed sealed along with Draft L/C
5. Draft L/C approved by seller, official Final Contract signing in Jakarta.
6. L/C to issue within stipulate time stated in the Contract
7. Seller issue 2% PB to activate buyer's Non Operative LC
8. Deliver commence as per scheduled
9. Buyer to station technicians at site for QC the entire process until vessel loading
