4.      Buyer signs and seals 3 hard copies of the SPA and couriers to SELLER.

3.      SELLER issues Sales & Purchase Agreement (SPA) to Buyer.

2.      SELLER issues FCO to Buyer. Buyer sign acceptance and returns it by email.

1.      Buyer issue LOI/ICPO to seller.
