- Buyer give LOI at the letter head
- Seller will givequotationa appropriate with the LOI including guaranty of suply
- Buyer agree with the price and term of payment
- seller send the draft agreement
- Buyer check the draft agreement (for correction)
- Seller prepare agreement
- Sign agreement, Seller give FCO and suply guarantee
- 3 -5 days  after sign agreement, buyer open LC and give to seller
