1) Buyer issues Letter of Intention.
2) Seller issues draft contract upon acceptance of Full Corporate Offer.
3) Buyer and Seller sign final sales contract.
4) After seller provides proof of past performance, COA, Buyer's Bank, Opens Letter of Credit, subject to a mine visit
5) Sellers Bank opens Performance Bond.
6) Shipment commences after inspection.
7) Payment.
