We stand ready to ship immediately and the "letter of dispensing" has already been applied for from the local authority.
Once we receive the offer with standing letter of credit we will move to deliver coal into your rail cars at our site. Delivery is as immediate as the buyer can have his cars delivered to the island. The first load will ship 100% paid and then the remainder will ship on rail load as specified by purchaser. A lien may be applied to the pile upon contract being complete for the amount of the letter of credit.
We will accept offers with a standing letter of credit issued from buyer depicting the coal pile by name. We will make the deal FOB from our rail head on the island to your rail car. Quantity assured.
