GENERAL CONDITIONS:

The bid values include the value of a tonne collection center; the operation, management, operators, scale, shipper; transportation to port, port management and operation; laboratory analysis and certification through a certification authority of the coals to dispatching, and so on.
We have the infrastructure necessary for the fulfilment of supplies into the contract and whether it requires a visit to the technical knowledge of the mines, courtyards collection, can be programmed.
There will be a quarterly review to the contract concerning the price.
