GENERAL CONDITIONS:

-- Method of payment: Advance covering 50% of the FOB value of the lots Colombian port certificates for the total contract to provide monthly and the remaining 50% in letter of credit that will free monthly deliveries or shipping the total supply hired. Commitments to be extended month to month,
 
-- Time duration of the contract: Three (3) years or more supplies of 15,000 tonnes per month with gradual increases to 35,000 tonnes per month.
The bid values include the value of a tonne collection center; the operation, management, operators, scale, shipper; transportation to port, port management and operation; laboratory analysis and certification through a certification authority of the coals to dispatching, and so on.
We have the infrastructure necessary for the fulfilment of supplies into the contract and whether it requires a visit to the technical knowledge of the mines, courtyards collection, can be programmed.
There will be a quarterly review to the contract concerning the price.
