I could put systems in place and create a conducive environment for both seller and buyer to amicably conclude the business.  However, this is a first-come first-serve basis until some documents are exchanged.

Should there be interest in this matter, an irrevocable letter of commitment will be required from the prospective buyer.  In addition, buyer must be prepared to meet direct with seller in South Africa and exchange confidential bank instruments such as Proof of Funds. Reciprocally, seller's bank will provide Proof Of Product.  After the Irrevocable Master Fee Protection Agreement and the Contract are signed, an inspection in-loco of both the Mine and the Richards Bay facilities will be arranged for the buyer.

Price:  $130 USD/ton FOB Richards Bay.  Current RBI index price is $130/ton.  Note that the seller has Slots available at Richards Bay.  Seller is one of big reputable names in this market.

Quantity  -  400 000Mt/month for 12months and can be increased to 500k/month with rolls and extensions for 60-months.
