1. Commodity: Coal(6.0 Kcal/Kg).2. Origin: South Kalimantan, Indonesia3. Quantity:30 or 40K MT.4. Price: US$ 33 FOB/- Indonesia5. Terms of payment:40% downpayment when contract signed(Bank Guarantee will be provided on equal amount).60 % after completed loading and all export documents required have been submitted.6. Loading rate: For total 40k from mines to port takes 30 days n leycan from port to mothervessel will be 12 days7. Loading Port: Kintap, South Kalimantan8. Shipment/Delivery:42 days after signed contract and 40 %Down Payment received.9. Inspection for Quantity and Quality: By independent surveyor in seller's account, final quality and quantity at the loading port.Buyers can also appoint their own independent surveyor in buyer's account.10. Bank Guarantee/Performance Bond: Will be issued simultaneously with Down Payment acceptance(2% PB).11. Terms and Conditions: Vessel must arrive at the loading port 12 days before date of departure, waiting time(demurrage) for barges to load on mother vessel above 5 days will be charged to buyer's account.
