-After Contract is agreed mutually, Buyer shall issue non operative LC (100% at Sight) within 5 business days and Seller shall issue 2% PB within 3 business days. First shipment to commence within 14 to 45 days after LC is on.

Once preliminary terms and conditions including pricing are confirmed, you may talk to our Chinese Principal / Mandate, finalize contract and open LC to him. LC shall be 100% at Sight from top ten prime bank, and Buyer shall issue LC first before Seller's PB.

Price Validity: 30 November 09 and subject to change with confirmation
 

Mine Site Inspection: To be arranged after draft of Contract/SPA is approved and shall be born by Buyer
