A Grade Coal

Im in contact with a consultant for Japanese buyer mandate for a Chinese client.
We need a complete file to introduce to the Japanese buyer mandate which includes the price CIF China (no FOB offer is accepted) full specification sheet  and analysis ( a grade, ) 500 000 ton per month 10 year perdiod ( reserves important) . Origin, port of loading, payment terms and procedures. After that a LOI will be supplied by the buyer. We also need to indicate commision percentage and the split between intermediaries.
