Samples: We can arrange samples that are taken direct from the stockpile to buyers.

The loading quality analysis shall be done as per ASTM standards.  The result of Quality Analysis determined during loading at loading port shall be final and biding for settlement.

b.       If the Gross Calorific Value (GCV) on Air Dried Basis (ADB) as determined by independent surveyor agreed by both parties at loading port is higher or lower than 5,800Kcal/kg, then the price shall be increased or reduced by the following formula:

The Outturn Weight of shipment however shall be determined by draft survey at the loading port by an independent Surveyor appointed by the buyer and mutually accepted by the seller. Such weight shall be final for any/all settlement of the purchase.

a.       If the Total Moisture (TM) on as As Received Basis (ARB) shown on the Certificate of Analysis issued and signed by the independent surveyor agreed by both parties at loading port exceeds specification, then the weight of coal will be calculated by the following formula:
