1. FOB M/V Payment by Irrevocable LC, 100% at sight
    Origin: South Kalimantan - Indonesia
    * GCV 63/61  Quantity   40,000 MT per month and  2 X 60,000 MT/Month
    * GCV 58/56  Quantity   2 X 40,000 MT per month
    * GCV 55/53  Quantity  100,000 MT per month
    * GCV 54/52  Quantity  100,000 MT per month
    * GCV 53/51  Quantity  100,000 MT per month
    Payment Term :Irrevocable, Transferable, Divisible, Assignable, Confirmed 100% at sight 
    Letter of Credit (L/C) in US Dollar currency


2. FOB ON BARGE
   GCV 6300-6100 USD 78 / MT Quantity 40,000 MT per month
   Origin : Padang-West Sumatera - Indonesia
   Payment Term    :   
   *  The buyer shall establish through Prime International Bank, Confirmed, Irrevocable, 
      Transferable, Divisible, Assignable, and Revolving Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight for a
      minimum period of two (2) months
   * Buyer shall issue from only any Prime International Bank 45 Days before shipment date,
     after 7 (seven) days contracted.
   * Payment terms stated at the L/C :   
     1.  50% when the coal load on the barge.
     2.  50% when all documents completed
