8.      Validity

Loading Point            :  Open Sea at Taboneo, South Kalimantan.

Loading Rate             :   Stockpile to Barge 3.000 MT weather working day (PWWD) of 24 consecutive hours. Sunday and Holiday included (SHINC), except the main national holiday of Indonesia.

Port of Loading          :   Any Jetty in Banjarmasin, Binuang & Asam-asam Port, Batulicin, South Kalimantan, Indonesia.

7.      Loading

Coal sample for the shipment shall be taken and analyzed in accordance with American Society For Testing And Materials (ASTM) standard method analysis and procedures. The sampling and analysis of the coal sample for the Shipment at loading port shall be final and binding upon Seller and Buyer for the purpose of the contract and shall from the basis settlement.

6.      Sampling and Analysis

Delivery                             :   The first delivery shall commence at the latest 40  (Fourty) days from the day of Seller received L/C and accepted  by Sellers Bank.

5.      Delivery

Performance Bond        :  2 %

Price Review                 :  3 Monthly.

Length of  Contract       :   Minimum 1 (one) year.

Payment                            :   100% of shipment value in irrevocable L/C AT   SIGHT Accepted by any bank in Indonesian.

Basic Price                       :   USD 59,00 (Fifty Eight USDollar) per MT FOB Mother Vessel
