We GLOBALCO S.A. de C.V.., with the legal responsibility, corporative and fullof faculties, as Brokers of Thermal coal ,are ready, eager and able to providethe following product like declared underneath to the Buyer. And that after theacceptance of this Supply Seller-administrator will use a Contract of theProject of the Seller for this transaction.

THE ORIGIN: COLOMBIA/CERREJON CENTER/ATLANTIC PORT
THE AMOUNT: 10,000 MT (this is the minimum we can ship)
THE BOARDINGS: 10,000 MT per Month
CONDENSING: IN BULK
OUT PORT: ATLANTIC PORT (BOLIVAR)

THE PRICE OF THE SUPPLY: 93.00 USD/MT PLUS 3 DOLLARS AS COMISSION FOR THE GROUP(SELLERS AND BUYERS)
MODE: FOB

THE PERIOD OF THE DELIVERY: 11 MONTHS (IF YOU NEED A SPOT SHIPMENT THE PRICENEEDS TO BE RECONCIDERED ONLY FOR THIS SHIPMENT)
FIRST BOARDING: 30-45 days after which the instrument
financier of the buyer this in the bank of the Salesman.
INSPECTION IN THE PORT: The quality, the Amount, Weight and
Photography of loading is the responsibility of SGS and it paid by the Seller.
THE PAYMENT: SBLC according to the demand of buyer.
PB: 2% to be put under by Seller
VALIDITY OF THE SUPPLY: 5 days Calendar.
THE PAYMENT: AT SIGHT IRREVOCABLE L/C AND
PRESENTING/DISPLAYING DOCUMENTS.
COMMISSIONS: 3 DOLLARS
THE SPECIFICATIONS:
THE BOARDING: All the costs of loading at port of loading are responsibility ofthe Seller.
THE UNLOADING: All the costs AT PORT OF UNLOADING is responsibility of
the Buyer.
PROCEDURES FOR THE NEGOTIATION
1. The Buyer sends to the Seller a Letter of Intent(LOI) with the BankCoordinates and permission to make soft offer.
2. Seller approves and sends the Contract Project with the Project ofInstrument of
Financial payment.
3. The buyer approves and sends signed Project and printed of Contract.
5. The buyer Sends BCL - Salesman Sends POP
6. The buyer opens the Instrument of the Financial Payment. (L/C)
7. Seller opens 2% of the PB.
8. The loadings begin according to the conditions of the contract, the BUYERcan
visit the port where the ships are loaded .
