The LOI MUST BE ADDRESSED to us. All the necessary details pertaining to the drafting of the contract must be on the buyers letterhead. Allow for due diligence after which an invitation to a table top meeting as to facilitate the contract to be concluded, here all documentation will be available.

Availability: Immediate.

Performance Bond: The seller shall raise 2% Performance Bond in favour of the buyer to the full value of the supply quota per shipment.

Payment terms: Irrevocable, confirmed, documentary Letter of Credit payable 100% at sight.

POP Doc: RBCT allocation, slots and SGS report.

Proof of funds: Proof of funds to be provided by the buyer to the sellers attorneys following which the seller will provide Proof of Product.  Without Proof of Funds the mines will not negotiate the sale of the Coal Products. 

RAND MERCHANT BANK (RBM) FROM SOUTH AFRICA WILL BE THE PAYMASTER TO ALL PARTIES INVOLVED IN THE DEALS.

THE + 3.5% IS THE COMMISSION THAT WILL BE PAID AND THE 3.5% COMMISSION IS ADDED TO THE RBI PRICING.  COMMISSION WILL BE SPLIT EQUALLY BETWEEN BOTH BUYERS AND SELLERS SIDE. THE WEEKLY RBI  PRICING CAN BE VIEWED ON:  

RBI , IS RICHARDS BAY INDEX COAL PRICING. THE RBI PRICING   CHANGES ON A WEEKLY BASIS, AND WORLDWIDE COMPANIES FOLLOW THE RBI INDEX PRICING ON THE STOCK MARKET.
