If yes, we have RDF (Refuse Derived Fuel) for existing plants running now. RDF burns hotter and cleaner then coal and is much cheaper and easier to get. Currently used in coal burning plants
worldwide. There are EPA reports and more if the client can provide proof of their license to burn. The CEO/principal will have no problem providing or quickly acquiring this license.
