-Seller issues FCO + DC for Buyer's review prior to contract's approval and signing.
-Contract is signing with clause to be effective after satisfactorily site visit inspection
-Within 5 (five) business days after contract is signed, Buyer conducts site visit for surveys
-Within 3 (three) business days after confirming all facts at the site visit inspection, drawn in contract, Buyer must issue/open LC
-Within 5 (five) business days after LC is received, shipment shall start per contract schedule
