ready, and capable to enter into a contract to sell the commodity, with the following terms, conditions and specifications as stated below. The sales and purchase contract would be in accordance
with international standards and procedures.
Payment terms : F.O.B. Mother Vessel or F.O.B-Barge
Port of Departure / Loading : Indonesia South Kalimantan / East Kalimantan / Sumatra
(Actual Port and Jetty Name would be indicated in the our FCO & or contract depending on buyer preference and allocation from the miners)
Delivery Lead Time : 30-45 days after operative L/C
Minimum Order Per Shipment : 500 MT for Container shipment (Approx 25 x 20FCL)
2,000 MT for Barge . 25,000 MT/month x 12 months for Mother Vessel
Packaging : Bulk for Mother Vessel & Barge
