Kindly contact ONLY if you could take the price and procedure; ONLY if you could submit your LoI&BCL, COME with your Geologist ASAP, inspect the mine and/or do your own DD, and finalize things/close the deal before others. This is the best way to assure seriousness for both sides.

-Upon a satisfactorily mine site inspection and/or DD, 2nd meeting is commenced to finalize things. Investor shall pay the balance in full in the 2^nd meeting, or as agreed mutually in MoU.

-Minesite inspection can be done by confirmation on investor's official letter of visitation. If investor to make a Due Diligence (DD), a max 50% (or, as agreed mutually in MoU) commitment fund/binding advance (with penalty adjustment) of the total price of 10.000mt shall be paid and an exclusive right & a certain period of time  line granted for DD.

-Docs/licenses verification and discussion on technical, legal and commercial aspects of the property to be done in 1st Meeting. Once all terms and conditions are mutually agreed, MoU is signed by both parties.

-By turn, Summary will be given to investor.

Procedure:
-Investor's formal LoI & BCL needed to proceed. Both shall be fresh/up to date, signed (by authorized signatory) and sealed.
