Synthetic waxes

We supply only upon order , and for every client we realize a specific wax which is fundamental to that client's business. This means that deliveries have to take place within a very short time and the production facilities must be able to adequately perform.

Our partner is an independent blender and is therefore able to operate best in the raw and semi-finished wax markets, offering products which, besides being the best suited for all requirements, are price competitive. The final goal is the customer's success, to which we contribute with high value-added products.

SIMAN LTD cooperates with European producers of industrial waxes. We offer different types of wax on a made-to-order basis to satisfy customers' needs. A tight and on-going co-operation is established with clientele, with the aim of always offering the most suitable product for any need and adapting it to any technological evolution in production methods as they are adopted. Instead a specialised free consultation is proposed so as to realise a product that is actually able to optimise their production cycle, reducing overall costs through better productivity, less waste and, last but not least, higher quality.

- Ethylenic polymers (polyethylene and polyol ether-esters);
- Chrlorinated naphtalenes;
- Fischer-Tropsch Wax.

Obtained through mixing heavy lubricant oil distillates and residual oils, these waxes have a loosely defined crystalline structure, a darker colour and generally have a higher melting point and viscosity than paraffins.
