Chlorinated Paraffin

This is a secondary plasticizer for PVC compounding and a cost effective substitute for primary plasticizers DOP, DBP etc. Various grades (from 40% Chlorine to 65%) are widely used in cables, leather cloth, lubricating oil, paints and for other flexible varieties of PVC such as pipes, tubing, hoses etc.

Chlorinated Paraffin is used in PVC resin compounding as a secondary plasticizers for different end uses such as PVC coating of cables, transparent tubing, flexible and semi-flexible pipes and other articles. It is also used in PVC leather clothes and is used widely in preparation of paints, varnishes and as an additive to cutting oils.
