DETAILED CLOSING PROCEDURES
0. Buyer Provides ICPO and NCNDA / IMFPA to seller  
1. Seller Issues FCO and buyer sign the FCO on the acceptance of the term and procedures 
2. Seller provides Draft Contract to Buyer to revise and confirm by initial. Seller and Buyer exchange the signed and notarized contract via electronic mail, which    shall be deemed legally binding and enforceable. 
3. The Buyers bank issues Standby Letter Credit (SBLC ICC 458) / Bank Guarantee (BG) / Letter Payment Guarantee (LPG)/ RDLC ICC 458 by swift (MT799) or to Sellers bank after both parties final and the signed contract.
4.  Sellers Bank/Seller will provide 2% of PB with in 14 days.. Also Sellers Bank provide the /buyers bank the Partly POP is within 14 30 Working Days.  Buyer RESWIFT  Standby Letter Credit (SBLC ICC 458) / Bank Guarantee (BG) swift under MT760 for Full POP is within 5 to 7 days after the Sellers Bank receive, confirm and Acceptance of guarantee.

POP shall consist of the following documents:
- Copy of License to export issued by the Russian Ministry of Energy
- Copy of Approval to export issued by the Russian Ministry of Finance
- Copy of Statement of Availability of the product
- Copy of Charter Party Agreement (s) to transport the product to discharge or Authority number, name of loading port contract number
5. Seller nominates the vessel and gives to the Buyer: Ship Name, Call Letters, Captains name and a copy of the Charter Party agreement and ETA
6. Buyer provides Import Licenses to Seller
7. Buyer obtains Free In and Free Out permit of Sellers vessels at discharge port and Shipments commence according to the agreed contract.
8. Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) delivered as per Contract CIF to buyers designated port.
9. Payment will be done after each shipment via MT103/23 with in 5 7 days after Buyer discharge port after SGS or CIQ inspection

Note: 
1. Price based on Platts limit USD 550 / MT on FOB Rotterdam/ Fujairah. Above Limit Buyer must add dollar to dollar on the above base price. The guarantee base on current price not above limit USD550/MT but if the current price USD551/MT and the payment must plus USD1/MT..
2. ICPO should mention Buyers Requirements, Banking Coordinates (Buyers correspondent bank details if no under prime bank), Specifications; Sellers working Procedures and Guarantee TEXT VERBIAGE From Buyer bank. 
3. Price base on One (1) Month Irrevocable, Transferable, Unconditional and Assignable Guarantee from Top 50 Prime World Bank.  
4. If Non Transferable Guarantee Plus 30 USD per MT
5. The guarantee amount must issue additional guarantee for price increase every USD10/MT on Platts above Platts limit.
6. License for the right of work with gas and Letter on assignment of gas (on household needs or industrial).
7. Agreement with the terminal or letter from the terminal about the consent to a reception of gas, with the reference to a job number.(Buyer should arrange for storage tank first)
