LNG QUALITITY & SPECIFICATIONS

?  Shipment commences upon completion and verification of all documents,

?  Seller issues PB to activate buyer's Letter of Credit or other acceptable means of payment as Agreed on Contract.

?  Buyer's bank issues Non-Operative Letter of Credit or other acceptable means of payments to Seller.

?  Seller issue to buyer the Full POP against POF

?  Seller issues original contract (Hard Copies) for final signatory, both parties exchange Hard Copies of Contract via Courier Service.

?  Buyer signs Draft Contract and return to Seller.

?  Seller issues Draft Contract with a Partial POP via Bank Swift.

?  Buyer issues ICPO with soft probe authorization + NCNDA + IMFPA

?  Original Seller / Seller mandate with Proof issues a Soft Corporate offer on their Letter Head.

Procedure Guideline:

?  Past performance (sanitised) to be provided alongwith draft contract

?  Further Confirmations are Strictly subject to receipt of Said Proof which has to be Fully True.

?  The Quality and Quantity Inspection will be made by an Independent Surveyor at Loading and Unloading Terminals at Seller expenses for every shipment.

?  The payment procedure to be mutually agreed between BUYER and SELLER in the SPA;

?  The duration of the SPA to be mutually agreed between BUYER and SELLER in the SPA.  The MINIMUM will be sixty (60) months or five(5) years;

?  Commencement of deliveries will be 30-45 days upon execution of the SPA;

?  The Delivery Terminal will be as per BUYERs advice within a range of regasification terminals to include but not limited to CANAPORT LNG (in CANADA) and any regasification terminal in SPAIN, FRANCE or ITALY.  All deliveries will be on a FOB BASIS ( as INCOTERMS 2000);

?  The loading terminal will be at sellers option, any liquefaction plant; provided that the quality and composition of the LNG complies with the SPECIFICATION as per ANNEX 1 and is notified well in advance on the same;
