None as such quantities as shall interfere with receipt and transportation of LNG,

Hydrocarbon Composition and Nitrogen Content Within the following range:
Methane: 85.00 MOL% Minimum
Butanes and Heavier: 2.0 MOL% Maximum
Pentanes and Heavier: 0.10 MOL% Maximum
Nitrogen: 1.00 MOL% Maximum

Gross Heating Value (Volume Based)
Minimum: 1050 Btu/SCF
Maximum: 1170 Btu/SCF

LNG Specification

Seller issues 2% Performance Bond.

Buyers bank issues irrevocable, revolving, transferable, confirmed RDLC by Swift (MT760) or SBLC from a top 25 prime bank of 100% shipment value payable at sight.

Seller issues draft contract with right for amendments if any.

Seller confirms receipt of ICPO from buyer.

GENERAL PAYMENT TERM:

Irrevocable, Confirmed, Divisible, Transferable RDLC of 100% order value at sight or SBLC + T/T at destination port by top prime bank.

DELIVERY: 30-45 days after sellers receipt of buyers payment instrument.

Prices Are Valid Till: 25/11/2008
