9. Delivery commences as perContract.
8. Seller specifies thedelivery schedule in the separate Appendix to the Contract.
6. Buyer within 7 days aftersigning the Sales and Purchase Contract issues Irrevocable, Transferable DLC,covering one month shipments, revolving per each shipment to shipment basis upto the total length of the Contract.
5. Seller and Buyer bothwill sign/seal the Sales and Purchase Contract at the meeting in Zurich in the Bank of theSeller. At this meeting in the Bank will be showed the Documents, confirmed theability of the Seller to deliver the contracted quantities.
4. Seller submits the draftcontract to the Buyer for review/approval.
3. Buyer issue ICPO.
1. Buyer issue LOI.
2. Seller issue FCO.
