We at Connections Direct are able to supply the followingCOMMODITY LNGORIGIN Russian100, 000 MT x 12 410 / 400 USDPROCEDURE1. Buyer sends LOI or ICPO with BANKING INFORMATION and permission to soft probe. 2. Seller issues Full Corporate Offer for Buyers signature. 3. Seller issues contract with POP confirmation and sends to the Buyer by email. Buyer can check confirmation of POP through refineries. All email transaction is legal and acceptable by Seller and Buyer. 4. Buyer and Seller sign contract and copies lodged with respective bank. 5. Within three (3) banking days of signing the contract, the Buyer issues Pre Advise DLC or Non Operative DLC from Top 25 world prime bank acceptable to Sellers bank plus remittance registration fee. 6. Seller provides Buyer through Buyers bank Proof of Product (POP) . 7. Seller issues 2% Performance Bond to activate Buyers NonOperative and Non Transferable, Auto Revolving Documentary Letter of Credit. L/ C becomes operative. 8. Seller nominates vessel, loads, and gives ETA to the Buyer. 9. Buyer obtains Free In and Free out permit of Sellers vessel at Discharge Port CIF Contract only10. All other procedures are as in the contract.
