Crude Coal Gas Technics Characteristic of Single-Stage Coal Gasifier:
1. Simple process flow, small floor space and low investment
2. Suitable for ordinary heating or occasion with low requirement on clean
3. Easy for operation and management, high use ratio of heat energy
4. Automatic coal feeding, wet slag output, no secondary pollution, improving the working environment

According to the different requirement on clean degree of smoke, there are two technics, Crude Coal Gas Technics and Clean Coal Gas Technics.

By the process of that coal reacts with gasification-agent (air & water vapor) under the definite pressure and temperature to form CO2 and inflammable gas H2, Coal Gasifier can convert the solid coal into gas fuel, then purify the coal gas to meet the requirement for use as fuel, so as to avoid the soot pollution due to the direct burning of coal. The smoke can reach the Environmental Protection Grade I Region Standard without any dust cleaning apparatus. Coal gas is a so clean fuel which can match oil gas but the price is only one quarter of it.
