Low pressure reverse pulse cleaning technology is employed in instances where the operation of compressed air systems in weather conditions associated with remote location from plant facilities can drastically affect the reliability of bag cleaning and the overall system performance.
The reverse pulse low pressure cleaning baghouse is sometimes necessary where dust collection requirements are either remotely located from plant compressed air facilities or where the use of compressed air may be difficult because of freezing winter conditions. Although the reverse pulse collector is more costly than a comparable high or medium pressure pulse-jet, it provides a good solution under these circumstances.XINZHONG offers this low pressure unit in both all welded factory assembled units and larger units that are field assembled due to shipping limitations
