a. Ninety-eight percent of the feed is involved in the cycling. The fresh desulfurizer can stay in the reactor as long as 30 min, which makes the utilization ratio of lime up to 99%.
b. It doesn't need pulping system and muzzles. The spraying of water and steam will settle the problem of adhesion to wall and scaling of the pulping system.
c. Fresh lime and cycling stuff are mixed and fed to the absorption tower, and achieve the temperature drop by spraying water, humidification and activation by fume suspending.
d. The desulphurization percent can reach 85%.
e. It is available to adjust the airflow temperature in the reactor by water supply flow regulation, adjust the fresh lime amount to enter the system to control the SO2 strength in the outlet of the control reactor, adjust the quantity discharged of the cycling ash to ensure the pressure loss in the inlet and outlet of the reactor meet the requirement of preset pressure difference and maintain the stability of feed stock flow inside the reactor;
f. Take full advantage of the diametric velocity distribution of solid particles in the reactor to prevent the corrosion of acidic gases to the equipment and the flushing of particles to the equipment. So no special anti-corrosion and anti-wear treatment is needed for the equipment.
g. Short technological flow, compact equipment set, small floor space of the system, low investment, low running cost, no secondary pollution. The complete device is easy to operate, maintain and manage.
h. The desulphurization products are calcium sulfite and calcium sulfate primarily and the former is with higher content than the latter. It is nice cement additive and can help for the slow setting of cement to realize the utilization of resource of waste material.
