KLEENAIR-LOW ENERGY VANE SCRUBBERS

	Suitable for particle sizes in the range of 10-20 microns offering over 99.9% collection efficiency.
	Non clogging Vane type design offers recirculation of high slurry concentration.
	Low water requirement.
	Facility to adjust pressure drop and there by adjust outlet emissions or adjust the process volume/pressure drop.
	Pressure drop range of 3 to 8 .
	Provision of additional nozzles for higher collection efficiency.
	Efficient and non-clogging separator vanes design ensures complete removal of mist .
	Excellent for odour control in conjuction with packed bed .
	Good cost effective slurry disposal arrangement.

KLEENAIR-MEDIUM ENERGY/VENTURY SCRUBBERS

	Suitable for particle sizes from 3-15 microns offering 99.9% collection efficiency.
	High flexibility in handling pressure drops from 4 to 16 WC thereby offering wide collection efficiencies.
	Non-clogging ventury throat design offering reliability and continuity of operation.
	Provision of motorised throat adjustment for operating the scrubbers as per the process needs helping stability of operation.
	Provision of water spray at inlet increases the efficiency of scrubbing by making thorough water,particle contact.
	Very effective separator design ensure that water carry-over is negligible minimum to the fan/stack there by avoiding the dust build-up on impellers or inside chimney.
	Facility to add mist eliminators for removal of water mist.

	Suitable for submicron particle sizes.
	Presssure drops in the range of 8 to 24 WC .
	Twin ventury design facilitates quenching and scrubbing operation for high temperature gases having very fine dust fumes.
	Inspite of high pressure drops,intelligent water recirculation facility ensures low water consumptions.
	Mist eliminator/packed beds prevents water mist carryover to fans/chimney.
