Sentinel Total Dissolved Gas Monitor system

The Sentinel, a state-of-the-art total dissolved gas monitoring and controlling system, will prevent gas bubble disease (resulting from supersaturation of total dissolved gas) from interrupting your valuable studies. Gas bubble disease has historically been a leading cause of catastrophic mortalities in recirculating aquaculture systems, including recirculating systems for aquatic research animals. Aquatic Habitats" has always taken precautions to safeguard against the occurrence of supersaturation of total dissolved gas. Recently we joined forces with Point Four to take our safety precautions to the next level in the form of the Sentinel Total Dissolved Gas Monitor. Specifically, the Sentinel: Automatically shuts down your system if it detects an unsafe water level. Continuously scans for unsafe conditions of total dissolved gas, shutting down your system within seconds if: 1) TGP reaches 103%, or 2) a sudden, abnormal increase in TGP occurs, whether the 103% threshold is reached or not. Lab personnel must manually reset the Sentinel and it must confirm a safe TGP percentage before your pumps will return to operation. Sends two 4-20 mA analog signals (delta P and TGP%) to in-house monitors and data logging equipment, if desired. Has the capability to initiate local audible or remote alarms. May be tied to optional YSI 5200 or Sensaphone" equipment, if installed.
