The filter efficiency of 98% is attained during a single pass through ESP, based in the charging of particles by an ionisation section which are then trapped in the earth plates in the collector Larger particulate in the airstream would be removed by the pre-filter and lastly through an afterfilter to prevent any re-entrainment and provide good better distribution.
