FGTS gas cleaner

This is a system to clean dusts, Dioxins, SOx, HCl, NOx, HF and heavy metals in the gas from melting furnace and waste furnace. Planned and manufactured based on pollutant discharge standards to operate the best performances considering economic aspects.
When the gas from the back of the system absorbed into semi dry reactor, infuses the hydrated line slurry and lowers the temperature and react to flue gas to reduce SOx and HCl. And this gas goes through the dry infuser infusing activated carbon into the flue gas flow in the duct before the Bag Filter to clean Dioxins and Bag Filter for dust removal and collecting and cleaning of Dioxins.
