4. Buyer send to Seller Bank Proof of Funds ( POF ) through SWIFT MT 760
With Amendments to be Approved by Seller.
3. Buyer sends back the Draft Contract Approved and Signed OR
2. Seller issues the Draft Contract to Buyer for review and sign it.
1. Buyer issues ICPO with full Banking Coordinates Permitting Soft Probe.
TRANSACTION PROCEDURES:
SGS Inspection: Seller will undertake to do the Inspection at Loading Port at his own cost.
PORT VISIT: After signing the final Contract Buyers are invited to go to see the The goods at the loading Port and the Scrap Yard at the same time
Maximum Order : 500,000MT X 12 Consecutive Months.
Minimum Order : 30,000MT X 12 Consecutive Months.
Shipment : BULK
Duration : ANNUAL
Shipping Schedules: Will be Shipped within 30-45 days after Payment Instrument ( DLC ) is activated.
Performance Bond: 2% PB of shipment value.
DLC AND BANK LETTER PROOF OF FUNDS THROUGH SWIFT MT 760.
