BUYER ISSUES LOI or ICPO.

PROCEDURES:

Payment for each shipment shall be effectedby Telex Transfer (TT) at sight upon presentation by the Seller of all agreeddocuments required for payment.

By Irrevocable SBLC equal to the value of 2months shipments, payable at sight, at destination port within 7 days, validfor the period of 14 months and 20 days from the date of issue.

PAYMENT TERMS:

PBG Will be provided for the value of 2%

INSPECTION: SGS at Loading Portat Sellers Cost
