Transaction Procedure:
1-Buyer issue ICPO/LOI with full Banking coordinates permitting soft probe.
2-Seller issue the FCO+Draft Contract with their Banking coordinates to Buyer review and sign in it.
3-Buyer send back the Draft Contract approved signed or with amendment to be approved by Seller
4-Buyers send to Sellers Bank forms: Proof of Funds ( POF) , summery of business information ,format MT-799 signed and seal.
5-Contract signed and exchange ,Sellers Bank confirmed to Buyers Bank and an Invitation Letter of Yard visitation
From sellers Bank.Join Letter will be issued to DSL Intl + Buyer.
6-Shipment start as Scheduled.
PAYMENT TERMS:
#1 THE BUYERS BANK WILL BE ISSUE BY MT-760, BANK TO BANK
#2 the buyer will also issue an (DLC) non-transferable ,Swich MT-799.100% .Payable at SIGHT, by top 50 World Bank.
Performance Bond: 2% PB of shipment value.
Shipping Schedules: will be shipped within 30-45 days after payment
instrument (DLC) Swift MT-799 is activated

VISIT: After signing the final Contract and issue POF Buyers are Invited to go to see the goods at the loading Port and the Scrap Yard at the same time as the SGS inspection and Loading Port ,SGS
