-Inspection of Stock can be done at loading port or at site also on case to case basis.
-Commence first shipment accordingly the contract.

 -IF buyer don't want to provide the BCL then please get the Endorsed LOI from the buyer's bank or workable direct Soft Probe of Bank of Buyer Bank Account
-The seller will issue FCO with permission to allow soft probe by the buyers bank
-The buyer will deliver the acceptance of FCO & the seller will issue the draft of contract to be signed mutually for the said deal and talk face to face in Video Conferring with the Buyer with Sellers.
-The buyer will accept the terms and conditions of the contract and is allowed to make any amendment but with the consent of seller and make final the text of the said contract and signed the same
-The seller will also sign the same contract. After signing the contract the buyer will provide the POF to the sellers bank & the seller will provide the POP to the buyers bank
-The Buyer will open non-operative LC & the Seller will insert 2% PB which will make the said L/C in to operative form.

Irrevocable, transferable, auto-revolving, & confirmed Letter of Credit 100% payable at sight within three days after arrival of the vessel at destination port. THE PAYMENT INSTRUMENT MUST BE ISSUED OR CONFIRMED BY TOP 50 WORLD BANKS.
Quantity:   30,000MT x 12 (Twelve) Months contract or SPOT 
Delivery: Shipment no later than 45 days after the receipt of the LC  
Procedure:
