Inspection: By SGS in quality, quantity, non-explosive, non-radiation, non-hazard & non-poisonous elements certificates at loading port at seller's account. Buy signs NCND AGREEMENT issue LOI and BCL to the seller and allows seller's to verify both documents. Seller at the same time sends seller's banking detail for the buyer to verify. Any illegal activities records found in both buyer or seller will automatically terminate the process. After verification is done, seller will issue POP (Proof of Product) endorsed by one of world top three Banks to buyer's bank to prove seller has the product. The process of verification and POP should not take more than 10 business days.B. Exchange of FCO/PI and signing CONTRACT face to face in Hong Kong.C. Buyer's bank issue non-operative LC within 3 banking days after signing the contract.D. Seller's bank issues 2% PB to the buyer's bank within 3 banking days from one of the world's top 3 bank to activate LC becomes operative.C.
