Used Rail Scrap (ISRI R50-R65) for sale.

Quantity: Min quantity as spot order 30,000MT and higher multiply by the volume,
Min quantity under year contracts 30,000 MT per month and higher multiply by the volume.
Origin:  BENIN WEST AFRICA
Destination:  ASWP.
Price and Quantity:  Pricing is based per MTW CIF ASWP.
Packaging:  Loose - bulk.  
Length: buyer should specify required length.
Delivery Schedule:  The Seller shall ship the total quantity of goods within a 45 + 15 day period in accordance with the Delivery Schedule of confirmed L/C in Seller's account.
Inspection:  SGS and CCIC by Seller.  Any other independent international inspection company (such as CIQ etc) would be used at Buyer's expense if desired, but would not to be recognized as part of the payment documents.
Payment Terms:  
- Irrevocable, (confirmed not for China Bank) , Non-Transferable Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC) payable in US Dollars 100% at sight of shipment against receipt of all documents required within 7 days of the contract signing;
- An unconditional, irrevocable, (confirmed not for China Bank) ,  non-Transferable, divisible, documentary Letter of Credit payable in US Dollars 100% at sight of shipment against receipt of all documents required within 7 days of the contract signing;
- Irrevocable, (confirmed not for China Bank) , Transferable / Non-Transferable, Revolving documentary Letter of Credit payable in US Dollars 100% at sight of shipment against receipt of all documents required within 7 days of the contract signing.

PBG Guarantee:  2% non-operative PG Bond to be issued by Seller.

Sales and Purchases will be conducted based on International procedures as well as prices under them.

AQSIQ information can be given only with shipping documents but not in advance.
 

Possible loading port inspection after contract signing and LC pre-advise but before LC opening.
