We have proves and contracts of on going transactions if you need any previous records. If a buyer tries to change agreed conditions in the middle of deal we will back off immediately. We believe in complete honest and work with integrity based business. Our goal is to keep supplying at a higher volume and we have potential suppliers to do that which is why we keep low commissions.

Inspection:

SGS Canada has stopped inspecting for Scrap Metal as of Last Year. We recommended INDIAN BUYERS to contact BIVAC India and send them for inspection.

Procedure
LOI and BCL for Bay Internaitonal Inc.
We will issue FCO and send NCND along with Contract.
Meet for Contract signing in US, Canada or Dubai.
Issue Letter of Credit Standby against the Supplier as Beneficiary from Top 10 Bank.
Go for Loading of the Material or send Inspection company
Letter of Credit must be payable within 48 hours of verification of documents and inspection report.

Inspection is allowed on loading

Payment Terms 100% L/C issued before coming for inspection.

Material Availibility: US, MEXICO, RUSSIA, LIBERIA and UK.

Wait for original documents to be presented to bank.
