We can however work as with either of these procedures (A) or (B) as follows:-
PROCEDURE "A":
(1) Buyer and seller sign the contract.
(2) Buyer issues a NON-OPERATIVE DLC within 2 banking days after signing of contract.
(3) Seller gives a 2% Perfomance Bond as guarantee within 5 banking days, and this automatically activates the Non-operative DLC and it becomes operative.BUYER CONFIRMS PRODUCTS VIDE YARD
VISIT.
(4) Shipment commences as scheduled in the contract.
(5)Seller provides all shipping documents to buyer
(6) Buyer remits the amount of Invoice value to buyer's bank.
PROCEDURE "B":
(1) BUYER ISSUES ICPO
(2) SELLER ISSUE DRAFT CONTRACT FOR BUYER'S REVIEW.
(3) BUYER SIGNS AND RETURN FULLY EXECUTED CONTRACT WITHIN 2 BANKING DAYS.
(4) BUYER RAISES A POF IN THE FORM OF SWIFT MT799 WITHIN 2 BANKING DAYS AFTER SIGNING CONTRACT.
(5) SELLER'S ISSUES A 2% PB AND ISSUE INVITATION LETTER FOR YARD VISIT, WITHIN 5 BANKING DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF POF (MT799).
(6) BUYER CONFIRMS PRODUCTS VIDE YARD VISIT AND MAKE PAYMENTS SWIFT TO SELLERS BANK BY MT103/23
(7) DELIVERY COMMENCES AS SCHEDULED
(27) Rail ,Steel No.1 Standard section tee rails , original weight 50 pounds per yard of heavier. Suitable for re rolling into bars and shapes .Free from bent and twisted rails ,frog ,switch and guard rails or rails with split heads and broken flanges .Continuous welded rail may be included provided no weld is over 9 inches from the end of piece of rail.
